เมื่อวันที่ 24 – 28 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักวิจัยเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์การผลิตและการตลาดข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดตาก กำแพงเพชร และนครสวรรค์ พบว่า ในปีการผลิต 2568/69 พื้นที่จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร และนครสวรรค์ ผลผลิตออกสู่ตลาดแล้วประมาณร้อยละ 70 – 80 คาดว่า จะเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตแล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนธันวาคม 2568 ขณะเดียวกันเกษตรกรที่มีแหล่งน้ำเพียงพอได้ทำการเพาะปลูกข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์รุ่น 2 เสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ส่วนในพื้นที่จังหวัดตากปีนี้ผลผลิตออกสู่ตลาดล่าช้ากว่าปกติ เนื่องจากมีฝนตกหนักในหลายพื้นที่ทำให้เกษตรกรต้องเลื่อนระยะเวลาเก็บเกี่ยวออกไป คาดว่าผลผลิตจะทยอยออกสู่ตลาดมากในช่วงต้นเดือนธันวาคม 2568 – มกราคม 2569 สำหรับวิธีการเก็บเกี่ยวเกษตรกรในพื้นที่สูงส่วนใหญ่ใช้วิธีการหักฝักก่อนนำไปสีเป็นเมล็ดเพื่อจำหน่าย ส่วนในพื้นที่ราบจะใช้รถในการเก็บเกี่ยว โดยราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ความชื้น 30% ราคาเฉลี่ย กิโลกรัมละ 6.30 บาท
จากการสอบถามเกษตรกร พบว่า ต้นทุนการผลิตในปี 2568 สูงขึ้นจากปีที่ผ่านมาจากราคาปัจจัยการผลิตโดยเฉพาะราคาเมล็ดพันธุ์ นอกจากนี้โรงงานอาหารสัตว์มีการชะลอการรับซื้อผลผลิตเนื่องจากเป็นช่วงที่ผลผลิตออกสู่ตลาดมาก ทำให้ผู้รับซื้อในพื้นที่กังวลเรื่องปัญหาการขาดสภาพคล่องในการหมุนเวียนเงินทุน และอาจจะส่งผลกระทบต่อเนื่องไปยังเกษตรกรได้
On 24 – 28 November 2025, staffs from the Division of Field Crop Economic Research, Bureau of Agricultural Economic Research, visited Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, and Nakhon Sawan provinces to monitor the production and marketing situation of maize. In Kamphaeng Phet and Nakhon Sawan, about 70 – 80% of the harvest for the 2025/26 season has already reached the market, and the remaining harvest is expected to be completed by December 2025. Furthermore, farmers with sufficient water supply have finished planting their second crop.
In Tak, the harvest has been later than usual this year due to heavy rainfall in several areas, forcing the farmers to postpone their harvesting schedule. As a result, a larger volume of produce is expected to enter the market from early December 2025 through January 2026. In highland areas, most farmers collect the maize by hand while, in lowland areas, the farmers typically use harvesting machinery. The average selling price at 30% moisture content is 6.30 baht per kilogram.
From interviewing the farmers, it was found that production costs in 2025 have increased compared to last year and it is mainly due to higher prices of agricultural inputs, especially seeds. In addition, feed mills have slowed their purchasing during this time because it is now at the peak supply period and consequently raising concerns among local buyers about financial liquidity constraints, which may eventually affect the farmers as well.
